Products sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless we delivered the item in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. We will investigate the case and contact you accordingly. This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental or random damage that is the result of use by Buyer, or from wear and tear. Please DO NOT return any item(s) before receiving a Return Confirmation e-mail from us. We will review the request to return the item(s) and contact you accordingly. This should take approximately 3 business days. To speed up the return process, please quote your Order Number, together with images showing the front, back, top and the base of the item(s) and email to customerservice@inspidea.com. Once your return eligibility is confirmed, a return confirmation number via email will be sent to you with instructions to return the item(s). Once we have received your item(s) in its original condition, we will refund the purchase price for that item.
Defective Goods
• You will be responsible for and will pay the cost of returning the goods to us.
• If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods, we reserve the right not to accept the return and your payment will not be refunded.
• The goods are your responsibility until they reach us and we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
• We recommend you pack them carefully, obtain proof of shipping, and arrange appropriate insurance.
• We reserve the right to replace defective items, rather than refund your payment.
